Rulings: Harass vs 2nd Tradition

Question:
What happens when you rush a vamp who subsequently untaps and attempts to block (e.g. with 2nd Tradition)? What if xer becomes an invalid target (e.g. Ambushed minion untaps during the action, Harassed minion increases its blood to more than 3)?

Answer:
The action checks for validity upon successful resolution. If the target untaps and blocks, the action is blocked (unless stealth is added to the action or an effect causes the block to fail) and both minions enter combat as per the rules for blocking.

If the target is invalid (e.g. untapped against a Noose of the Hound played at aus) when the action resolves successfully, the action 'fizzles'.
